With membership in our wine club you will automatically receive………………..
three bottles of Pontchartrain Vineyard’s wine four times a year
delivered to your office or home. Your wine will be shipped once a quarter not
to exceed $40 plus tax and shipping which will be billed to your credit card. No
guesswork, no decisions. Just pure enjoyment! There is a one time joining
fee of $ 10.00 that will be billed to your credit card. Simply fill out this
form and mail or fax it to us (you must be 21 or older). Participation begins as
soon as we receive your application.

Please note: Our shipping service does not deliver to P. O. Boxes and
requires an adult signature (21 or older) for delivery. Members are responsible
for supplying the Club Coordinator with any changes in address, credit cards or
cancellations 3 weeks prior to shipment (listed in your newsletter). Let us know
by letter, fax or e-mail. If a shipment goes to an old address, the member is
responsible for all charges incurred for shipping and return of the wine.
